c:\> DEL \\.\c:\con or d:\> DEL \\.\c:\con
Depends that in which drive you created that folder.

I tried to create a directory named 'con' using mkdir command but it didnt
work n wen i tried the following command it worked:
c:\> mkdir \\.\c:\con
But wen i tried to delete it, it cannot be deleted. why cant we delete
it............whiling deleting it gives an error
" Cannot delete file: The filename u specified is invalid or too long.
Specify a different name."
Plz explain the command n the reason y this happens.............
