Thank you for your reply.
But they are using wbs posting as statistical posting.
Also GL entry might cause financial balance.
They don't want this posting in FI i just want to do this for budget availability check.

Hi there,
I have one situation at project system.
Currently my clients want to move their project budget from SIGIP system.
They wanted to bring all projects and Wbs element in SAP.
They have budget on XYZ wbs element is about 250,000 USD. And they have spend 200,000.
So I want to post 200,000 as actual.
So they can have available balance of 50,000 USD.
Please let me know what I can do for that.
