I don't think so it is going to work in my clients situation.
Also, GL entry might cause in financial statements.

Hi there,
I have one situation at project system.
Currently my clients want to move their project budget from SIGIP system.
They wanted to bring all projects and Wbs element in SAP.
They have budget on XYZ wbs element is about 250,000 USD. And they have spend 200,000.
So I want to post 200,000 as actual.
So they can have available balance of 50,000 USD.
Please let me know what I can do for that.
