Question from BobMaitzen on Jan 25 at 7:32 PM Can a column or row be inserted inside an input-ready query's column/row structure that is embedded in a workbook? I can insert columns and rows outside of the workbook's analysis grid. I would like to insert columns for quarterly and annual totals in a 36-month column structure without revising my column structure in Analyzer 7.0 Query Designer. The same goes for the row structure. I would like to insert a row for calculating a % of Sales formula in the Analysis Table of a P&L without having to compromise my query's row structure. Right now, when I refresh the query for a different profit center, the inserted total column collapses and disappears. I have tried looking at the Workbook Setting properties and the Query properties. Even though I had unchecked the "Adjust Formatting after Refreshing" box in the Query Designer properties, the query still collapses and deletes the inserted column upon changing to another Profit Center. I also look ed at the column structure properties but there was nothing there to uncheck. Any advice? Can a column or row be inserted withing the boundaries of the Analysis Grid? | Reply to this email to post your response. __.____._ | _.____.__ |
