[visualbasic-l] Permission to Access Exe Local Computer to Server in VB Coding

Actual some exe file avilable in sever site.From Server I create sorcut of exe in local computer.when I click sorcut of exe then coming one screen for writing server name and password(Because the server is restricted).But I want to internaly (through coding in vb ) I write computer name and password.So when I click exe then not given server name and password.Automatically execute exe. Here also attached the message screen when I click exe file.
