a. In order to test the logic mentioned above, there is "additional setting" required. Thus you can test it asap.
b. If the above works (1. a), then changing the logic of the field "Selection dates" (to get deliveries created between those dates) need functional specifications and then coding. This too has to be checked, in detail. But this is not a "big" step in comparision to 1. a
