The issue you are facing is mentioned in the attached SAP note.
You will need to deploy the latest patch for SERVERCORE SCA patch.
If you wish, I can do this on the server. If so, please reopen the
WTS connection, download the latest patch for SERVERCORE SCA and
maintain all the logon details in the secure area.

Start deployment via:
for Windows:

/usr/sap/<SID>/<INSTANCE_ID>/j2ee/clust er/bootstrap/scripts/batchdeplo
yer.bat -sdu <hotfix file location>

for UNIX:

/usr/sap/<SID>/<INSTANCE_ID>/j2ee/clust er/bootstrap/scripts/batchdeplo
yer.csh -sdu <hotfix file location

Enterprise X64. On phase 29 of 40 Start Java Engine, it gives me this error:
