is the issue .

Verify at RSA3 for data consistsncy. As you stated following conditions
1. You did init without Data trfr. --> This case it just initializes delta Q. You are not fetching any data in this case. Thats why it is successful
2. you did full load ---> successful --> Here your selections are meeting as per your your master data object format--> Thats why its successful
3. again you did init & delta-->fail --> because you did not put any selections--> so your data is not matching as per your object format. so failed
Conclusion: You have inconsistant data in your data source. Verify what is is your master data object format i,e length type etc. same verify downloading data from RSA3 for your data source. you will find where the data bugs are. Ask your users/business to correct according to your master data object format. If you are using PSA you can find where the issue persists. Its pure data inconsistancy issue.
