I have tried I am getting only one condition record existed with ZADC,
once check have you deleted old record with 30%. I am not sure whether you
deleted that 30% record or not.

But my customer doesn't want to use different condition type because of human error.
So I put the user-exit in save-prepare to prevent duplication.
If item has 2 same condition type, user gets error message.
If there is better solution, please suggest.
