Hi Richard,

I have a question about your above post: Is it possible to get multiple notifications sent to the same user (OPRID) on a particular event in Approval Framework?

Here's my issue. I'm using Approval Framework for Expense Report (ER) approvals in Travel & Expenses in PeopleSoft Financials. On the 'On Final Approval' event of the 'ERApproval' transaction, I have two notifications. One notification is sent to the Submitter of the ER confirming that the ER has been approved (this is a delivered notification I think), while I have added a second one to notify the Requester (the person claiming the expense) if there are any unspent amounts on the related Cash Advances. However, only one email ever gets sent to any one user. So, if the Submitter is NOT also the Requester, the Submitter gets notified and the Requester gets a maximum of one email, even if there are two or more unspent Cash Advances attached to the ER. Then, if the Requester is also the Submitter, the notification that I added doesn't get sent, and the Requester/Submitter only gets the Submitter's notification, which is the fir
st of the two in the scroll.

I have tested my SQL object on my User List Definition and also my SQL object that populates my generic template, and they both return the appropriate number of rows, which I have also seen in my trace file. I have 'Max Notification' set to 100 on my notification config row, and I have tried having the two notifications with the same priority and with different priorities. While it's not such a big deal to have this restriction of having only one email per unspent Cash Advance, it's not acceptable to have only one of the two notifications sent when the Requester is also the Submitter. Is there anywhere in Approval Framework where this is configured, ie. to allow multiple notifications to be sent to the same OPRID on a particular transaction event?

We are having issue getting Email Escalations to work in Approval framework (8.5 and HCM 9.1)
We have Defined TimeOut options under "Approval Process Setup" using Escalate option to "Reassign Approver" and another one using "Notify Participant". We have scheduled NEM to run hourly. Now, the task is getting reassigned but email notifications are not getting triggered. We are getting below error under Event Status for Event ID: APPROVALACTIVITYEMAIL
