Reply from SAPnina on May 23 at 10:17 AM The description should be the Name of the Layout... this is basicaly telling SAP in which format the data should get in. In order to get the Layout for the 1-401, use one cost center and one cost element and run it in free form, you should get the layout, save it then work on it adding the other Cost centers and values. Dont forget to save the file as a TXT.
