i checked that note as well. user does'nt want to do kernel update. kernel level is very high. mentioned parameter is already set. I need to check the value of ~designbaseurl parameter. i dont know where to see and check this param.
there is a temporary work around, the user go to smicm and then reset host buffer. but after 1 month the error occurs again.
