Hello there,

Please try below steps.

SPRO - IMG - Time Data Recording and Administration - Absences - Special
Absence Data - Maternity Protection

* Set Eligibility for Infotype (Under feature MASEX maintain "1" for your
company code)

* Define Absence Type (Create a maternity leave)

* Define Maternity Protection Periods (maintain your respective PS
grouping, Absence Type i.e. maternity leave 4 digit alpha numeric code,
Absence Type text and default dates) Under Technical Settings maintain
Gender "2" i.e female.

* Define Default Absence Type (Maintain IT0080, PS Grouping, Absence Type,
Default dates and click on Default check box)

Once you have maintain the above steps, provide Entry Screens and Time
Constraint class for maternity leave. Follow the below steps

SPRO - IMG - Time Data Recording and Administration - Absences - Absence
Catalog -

* Determine Entry Screens and Time Constraints Classes

Screen Number for Maternity Protection is "2003" and maintain your
respective Time constraint class.
