You can set the same proc type for the normal att.type 1000 (suggested above) from IT 2002. IT 2002 entry is required for a person who starts earlier (or finishes later) than the normal start (or end) time in DWS.
Use OUTTP operation to check the proc type.

Subject: Custom PCR for Special Allowance
General shift timimg is 9 to 6.If any employee continue till 9hrs then he will get one hour special allowance of rs 100 from 8pm.If he will not complete 1hr from 8pm to 9pm then he will not get special leave.After 9 pm for every completion of 30minutes he will get rs 50 .
If he will work morning 9 to 9:29 at night then he will get only 100 rs as special allowance but he will complete 9 to 9:35 at night then he will get 150 rs.Here base time is 8pm.
