Hello
Under which user are you starting sapinst ?
check the ulimits for that user.
Also check whether there is some file by the name .sdt_keystore, if found please rename it.
I recommend you to extract the installation files on the new server and then start the sapinst.

I am trying to install Diagnostic Agent on a Linux Server. Unfortunately I am not able to launch SAPINST. I do not think it has anything to do with the sapinst version as I am able to install this successfully on a different sever using the same files. Here is the error:
