Reply from David on Dec 29 at 4:26 PM Okay, I think I found the answer. The query itself requires that the user have access to PeopleTools security object for one of their permission lists. To view, you need to open App Designer, click on Go > Definition Security. Then click File > Open and find the desirable permission list. You can add PeopleTools, Workflow or *All Definitions*. The first or last option added to the permission should grant access to the query. ***DISCLAIMER*** This is getting into an area I don't know a whole lot about, so I can't say what this change will also allow the user into. Proceed with caution. Please refer to Chapter 15 of PeopleSoft Security Administration in PeopleBooks. D

I'm looking for where it is tied up, but not having much luck. I don't know if saving the query under another name would allow the user access or not, but it might be worth a try.
