I have a timesheet (page) with a Grid on with 14 columns (2 weeks/14 days). Employees can have multiple timesheets. My issue: trying to verify they do not enter OVER 24 hrs in any one day.
When they are updating ONE timesheet, I call the function to validate on CR SaveEdit.
Currently I am adding the lines in the buffer:
For &week = 1 To 2
For &day = 1 To 7
For &I = 1 To &te_dtl.ActiveRowCount
&daySum = &te_dtl(&I).MY_DTL.GetField(@("Field.& quot; | "W" | &week | "D" | day)).Value;
&dayTotal = &dayTotal + &daySum;
End-For;
End-For;
End-For;
AND I need to make a call the database to get the potential 'other' timesheets.
I can load this into an array, but I'm absolutely drawing a blank on how to compare the SUM of the buffer DAY to the corresponding day in the Array to see if they > 24.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
