I reconfigured 4 nodes once again and restarted PUBSUB group and now it is working fine.
I have another issue now, I enabled BUS_UNIT_HR_SYNC to send HR BU details from HR to FIN and publication contracts in HR is going to Error.
Error is, PublicationContractManager::ProcessError/RetryResp onse(): 'Integration Service: Unable to find a routing corresponding to the incoming request message. (158,505)'.

Good day everyone,
I'm trying to setup the integration between our Finance and HR development instances.
I had configured the integration gateways and nodes in both environments and PUBSUB services are running on both of them.
In order to verify the integration, I have activated the service operation BUS_UNIT_FS_SYNC. I created a GL business unit and I can see that a message is published from FIN and is subscribed in HR (Messages have "Done" status in Service Operations Monitor). However when I query BUS_UNIT_TBL_FS table, it doesn't have the data in it. I'm guessing it is a problem with the service operation handler.
Could anyone guide me as to what the issue could be?
