Then go to Solutions in the top header, choose Business Analytics and click on Governance Risk and Compliance. That will take you to the new page. Click Access Control under Key topics. I don't see any info there for the workflow, but I have been able to utilize the SAP delivered MSMP workflow for FF Log Review with just a few adjustments in the stage. You will need a basic understanding of the MSMP Workflow setup, The workflow document is under the Access Request Management area. Thanks Kevin Tucholke

Everything seems to work except emails are not being sent to the controller. In SPRO, we configured the parameter group suerperuser management parm ID 4002, 4007, 4008 & 4009 to "YES". Within transaction NBWC --> Setup --> firefighter ids we select the firefighter ID, and then select the controller tab where notification is set to "email". I then run programs GRAC_SPM_WORKFLOW_SYNC & grac_spm_log_sync_update. I am using transaction SOST to see if a message was generated but so far nothing. Can anyone offer advice as to what is missing?
