Please follow to service.sap.com/swdc and go to Kernel link, find in independent/dependend based on your OS and DB of SAP.
Just download 3 files I mentioned before, extract use SAPCAR, and update to /sapmnt/SID/exe, do not forget backup original ones.
You do not need shutdown sap for update 3 files, after updated please re-run again.
Log, you can find at your directory exporting usually at /sapinst_instdir(you can follow at error message directory generated by sapinstallation master)
