Reply from Carl Korn on May 23 at 10:38 AM Fakir -- I don't believe you are going to find any simple configuration that automatically blocks conversion if the planned order has no BOM unless you use Production Versions (BOM and Routing defined together) to create your planned orders. You may need some custom code. We use the Production Order exit EXIT_SAPLCOKO1_004 to do some preliminary edits and block order creation if an edit finds a condition we don't want. You can use this exit to check the production order header (IS_HEADER_NEW) structure to verify there is a BOM Group (STLNR) if the order is being created from a planned order (IS_ITEM_NEW-PLNUM field has a value). Good luck, Carl

Just after maintaining Routing part in CS01, users are converting order. There must be some SPRO setting to restrict here. Please help. How to restrict converting production order where material BOM does not exist ?
