Of course, once you know those things, you can obtain the mapping form internal text ID to STXH text ID and then obtain the relative usage numbers that way. (As Indicated by ChrisO, IMO)

If however the relationships of exact text content is needed, I'd suggest asking an ABAPer to create you a quick report...

I want to see the types of texts being used in past 3 years. There are several text types that are being in different sales order types.

Is there a way I can pull text IDs used in the orders? Does se16n t-code help me to find the texts at header and item level?
