The distributed system is (CI and Central Services on Windows 2003) and database( oracle 10.2 on Red Hat Ent. LINUX. This is a uni-code system.
During the database export on linux (ie: start of Export ABAP Phase) I receive the following error:
Database Instance Export( Last error reported by the step: Process call '/usr/sap/RT6/SYS/exe/run/R3load -testconnect' exits with error code 2. For details see log file(s) R3load.exe.log.
R3Load.exe.log is given below:

The env variables which I have set are PATH, SAPINST_JRE_HOME, JAVA_HOME and initiated the sapinst for the export of the database on linux.
Please guide me through on what else I am missing or what needs to be done before i initiate the sapinst(working shell used is cshell).
The linux server is a physical server( not a virtual host) with multiple oracle databases installed. The respective database and listener service is up and running fine, R3tans is ok.
