Reply from GaryRoff on Jan 17 at 5:45 PM Hi Tes, You may or many not know this but us Australians love beer. Hence we know Beer. We have several Breweries as clients ranging from small to large (users 20- 100). A solid Brewery reference would not be a problem. For your size business and the number of users I would be happy to provide you with more information about our On Demand Offering (Cloud Solution) which is: 1) Scalable as your business grows; 2) Quick and cost effective to implement; and 3) Has a predictable cost structure (allows you to budget effectively). I will share with you a recent exercise I went through with a client. Our client was not sure which way to go On Premise Vs. On Demand, so I proposed we conduct a TCO (Total Cost of Ownership Analysis). This is a predominately a financial exercise which evaluates one deployment method over the other, over a 5 year period. It is fair to say that On Demand does not work for everyone but given the size of your business, number of users and industry you are in I would be surprised if On Demand did not stack up. For the client in question we proved that by deploying On Demand that their TCO would be reduced by 25% compared with On Premise. Tes, I would be happy to discuss this further with you over the phone should you wish to. Kind regards Gary *

We are a mid-sized Brewery using a very old legacy system looking to move to a new, modern, technologically advanced system but, of course, within a budget. Info on Brewery: Approx 700 employees Annual Revenue US$100M + Estimated # ERP users: 25- 50 We produce a number of lagers and beers totaling around 5products. We do our own warehousing and distribution. Ideally, whatever system we go with should have at least one strong, very positive Brewery reference. We have been looking at a few options one of which is SAP. We have been advised though that SAP is: 1) Too big for our needs 2) Requires heavy upfront and ongoing investment. Basically, I am looking to get your comments, thoughts, recommendations. I am not looking to be solicited but simply trying to gather information to assist in the process. Thanks, Tes | | Reply to this email to post your response. __.____._ | _.____.__ |
