Reply from Typewriter on Apr 24 at 1:38 AM Hi, It is good to know that you want to "analyze". To succeed in SAP - among other things - one needs to have good analytical skills. To explain your two choices "SAP professional and Business Analyst" with examples - SAP professional might be involved in the analysis of a module (e.g. Sales and distribution) in SAP system. Always the analysis would be within the "boundaries" of the SAP system. E.g. In SAP delivering plant means XYZ and how to fit the business requirement by assigning delivering plant to CMR (customer master record) or to MMR (material master record) or .... etc. A business analyst might analyze across systems. The choice is a matter of what you want? What boundaries you want to working within? What criteria do you set as important for yourself? (Similar questions to those that Roy has already pointed out)
