To generate an Annual Leave ( 30 leaves ) For Probationary Emp: 5 days of leave can be availed for 6 months ie., from their DOJ. After expiry of probationary period the remaining balance of leave can be availed for rest of month ( Financial year). Eg: 2. DOJ Jul 3 X = 9 Probation leaves = 5 Annual leave after probation (Assuming all probation leaves are availed) = 17.5 (9*2.5-5) 3. DOJ Aug 25 X = 7 Probation leaves = 5 Annual leave after probation (Assuming all probation leaves are availed) = 12.5 TE: PT60 TMS: 7 ( time evaluation without payroll integration. Probationary period : 6 months ( fixed) For confirmed Employee: Annual leave should be generate on first day of April . 30 days on monthly prorata basis. Alos in both the case the balance leaves are carry forwarded. Please let me know if this needs any PCR or can we do it in IMG. I don't mind to create a separate absence quota for Probationary leaves ( 5 days) and Annual Leave ( 30 Days). But, this should fill my requirement.
