Reply from Security on Jun 22 at 3:16 PM Thanks for quick reply. The user does have lots of access in the system. We will try narrowing it down to limited pages and see if that makes any difference. Our administrators do have similar access (copy of PS) and they have never encountered this issue. the only difference is that this user Id is being used full time over night behind batch jobs vs. our admin accounts are barely used. I don't think the issue is related to cache because we do clear cache often times and it never made any difference for this user. We tried running portal sync as well. Cutting access down for this user would not be straight forward but I will do it over time. Meantime any other suggestions, ideas are welcome.

When we login as this user it used to work fine as other users but over time the online browsing performance of this user has gotten worst day by day. It takes about a minute now to load a page when we try to browse through front end using this user ID. The Batch jobs has not slowed down. It is just that the front end access of this user has slowed down. Is there any log files or tables that we might need to clean up for these batch users periodically. The way performance is slowing down for this user every week seems like related to something (space/log/temp) growing for this user over time. Has anyone encountered this issue before! Any suggestions! Thanks, PS security | | Reply to this email to post your response. __.____._ | _.____.__ |
