Did you copy the application files from the old server to the new server ? After which when we access SAP EP - Worklist - UWL - go for create a Substitution Rule, and when we search for Nominee by enter portal user, its says No Name Found, though the name exists in portal. It says same for all users. Appreciate quick replies.
