Reply from Ron Roberts on Dec 29 at 4:14 PM Do NOT change the number of decimal places for a currency that has existing transactions. If you do, all previous amounts, when presented in reports, etc, will be inaccurate as they will appear with the changed configuration. For example, a previous posting of EUR 2,954.76 will appear as 29.5476 after you change the decimal places from 2 to 4 for EUR. As an alternative, consider setting up a new currency, say EUR4, with four decimal places and use this for your EUR purchase orders. Ron

The Company code currency is INR. Please advise as to how to increase the decimal places without effecting the previous transactions as the accumulated amount in Euros due to rounding OFF is increasing for every transaction.. | | Reply to this email to post your response. __.____._ | _.____.__ |
