Reply from David on Dec 29 at 4:09 PM Well, it looks like there is security on the query itself. I'm looking for where it is tied up, but not having much luck. I don't know if saving the query under another name would allow the user access or not, but it might be worth a try. D

I am stumped on this. We use Access Groups for our query access. I have added all the records used in the queries to a query tree and added it to the permission list. I have run the query access list cache enable and still no access. Not sure what else it could be. I have found in the past that when a user does not have access to a table, they can't see the query. But this user can see the query, but gets the error when they try to run it. The tables in the query are: PSROLECLASS PSAUTHITEM PSPGEACCESSDESC PSPNLGROUP PSMENUITEM Which are in the tree that is on the perm list. Am I missing something? I don't want to give PT Admin in production. Thanks again, Tracy | | Reply to this email to post your response. __.____._ | In the Spotlight SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
