[peopletools-l] Message Box Location Change On the Page on IE on Windows Phone

Question from ravi355 on Aug 7 at 3:54 PM We are trying to give the portal access on mobile devices and only on Windows phone there seems to be an issue where the message box always goes to the bottom of the page on the IE on the Windows phone.
