[peopletools-l] Missing Or Invalid Version of SQL Library PSORA (200,0) in Datamover

Question from ravi355 on Aug 7 at 3:51 PM I saw the discussion about this error and didn't see the resolution for my case and so started a new one. I am installing a 9.1 HCM on Oracle 10g on a Windows server 2008 machine. After completing all the sql scripts in sysdba mode, I tried to login into Datamover to create the demo database and saw this error. I even restarted the server a couple of times and am still getting this error. I installed Oracle and tools on the 'I' drive on the main server and not on the 'C' drive.
