You'll have to google SAP CRM or some of the other components as I don't have any links handy at the moment. Another option would be to purchase a good overview book from Amazon or SAP PRESS. I will tell you that transitioning from an actual sales job where you're talking to customers convincing them to buy stuff to SAP is kind of a tough pull. Check out the SAP SD module and you'll see what I mean. SD is more of the backend processes, not the press the flesh part. CRM is closer, but more oriented towards call centers. Hope this helps!
